Recently signed 4 time Grammy Nominated and Tony Award winning singer Melba Moore.

Ailawishes discovered her talent when she was 13 years of age. She used to write hip-hop verses yet never imparted them to anybody in light of her timid emotional disposition. In the wake of graduating school, Ailawishes received a call from a yearning model in Hollywood, California who educated her that an on-screen character by the name of Brandon Hammond, from Soul Food, was intrigued by directing a short film that she had written three years back. Excited by the opportunity, Ailawishes sent her initially finished motion picture script, Ex-Boyfriend, to Hammond. Sending her work for review, motivated her to take her writing to a much higher platform. Its no big surprise she has such capable genes as the late extraordinary Dizzy Gillespie is her great-uncle.

In 2001, Ailawishes began working for a record label where she found herself in artist development. Her roster included  managing R&B and Hip-hop groups. This opportunity allowed her to gain experience in the marketing field through club promotions and learn the business at an early age. Ailawishes was so serious about her position and her artist that the radio stations gave her the nickname "Ms Shugg".

In 2009, Ailawishes chose to distribute Floetic Whispers and received great reviews. Some came from big names in the entertainment/music business.  After the book release, Ailawishes was contacted by A&R for Columbia Records. They approached Ailawishes to compose for one of their R&B singers Adina Howard. Since, Ailawishes has been writing on an upcoming album for an R&B artists signed to rapper THE GAME.

Ailawishes has written a children's book, Heaven's Library Journey, and began a Non-Profit Organization, A-Kidz Wishes, to push ability in low-wage neighborhoods. Ailawishes has happened to offer many books around the U.S. furthermore encompassing nations. Furthermore, Ailawishes has several other books that are available now.

Since, she has written and directed an indie film and filled small parts in some of entertainments hottest shows. Her musical work can be found on Lifetime Tv's The Rap Game, MTV, ABC, along with several other networks. Ailawishes has also partnered with legends like Melba Moore who is a 4x Grammy Nominee and Tony Award Winner along with several other artists.  Ailawishes recently also took on the role as a Book and Brand Ambassador for the FUBU founder Daymond John.
